As an Innovation Designer for Client Engineering, I collaborated with platform engineers, AI engineers, solution architects, and Business Technology Leaders to shape and communicate stories around IBM software within client accounts. My role focused on uncovering client pain points and needs, mapping them through Mural, and facilitating workshop sessions. These workshops enabled collaboration, guided strategic discussions, and strengthened partnerships by identifying innovative use cases that Client Engineering could design, demo, and ultimately position for client adoption.
